Hi Guys,
Got called out today to an office with a "dripping tap" it had been dripping for about 2 years before i came to it, i changed the washers (its a mixer tap on a kitchen sink, not 1/4 turn) did not help. so i re-seated the hot and cold sides, that didnt fix the drip either, i reseated the hot side once again but still did not stop the drip,
they have a combi boiler so the tap is mains pressure on both sides, is there any thing else i can try to do? it seems like its not repairable but i have never come accross a tap i couldnt fix. there was no grit or debris in the valve housing or anything.
has this tap had it?
