Where can I find this style sink waste basket?

Please can someone help identify what style this is, or where I can find a replacement? One of the bungs on the base has worn off so it doesn't work properly anymore. I can't find this style anywhere!

Thanks. That looks like a stem-ball fitting, is there one with the rubber bung fitting instead? Or do I have to replace the whole unit not just get a replacement plug/strainer?

Replace the whole part. Undo the trap connecting to the basket waste then undo the screw from above. Then replace in reverse order.
