Where can i get an imperial stopcock

I need to replace a 3/4"-1/2" stopcock. A 22mm stopcock will not fit onto the existing old plastic pipe. I cannot find anyone who stocks this old imperial size. Any idea where I can get one or how can I overcome this problem.

the pipe is black. a 22mm stopcock is too big. The existing stopcock is 3/4", I tried a conversion olive but it won't fit over the black pipe.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
