Whining/groaning noise when water is being heated- please help

Hi I have a new problem with my system. When the hot water is being heated we can hear a loud groaning/whining noise which reverberates all around the radiators upstairs, not all the time but occurs several times per hour. The cistern & pump are upstairs and the boiler is downstairs. ( BTW in the last year we have had 2 new pumps, new boiler, new cistern, new heat exchanger on the new boiler, new magnafilter & the system power flushed several times). Can anyone tell me what is casing the problem & what to do about it? Thanks

Would love to get a new plumber. I rang 3 a few weeks ago and not one rang me back! Anyone near Winchester/ Fareham/ Southampton?

New heat ex within a year? What is the make/model of the boiler?? Either way, your 'plumber' has done very well out of you.

Hi LPC. Boiler is vaillant ecotech480, vaillant replaced heat exchanger under warranty. It's a very long story, which I wrote about on here a few months ago. Meanwhile we now have this noise it's getting worse
