The boiler runs may be 1 or 2 days before erroring. The problem started 3 months ago. The boiler would run blue light on at front an center of boiler. But the pip work out would bearly get warm. The pump should has rust water dripping from Chrome screw hole and the divert value was also leaking in to the divert valve head. I replaced the pump (reconditioned complete with air vent pump, water pressure transducer and pressure release value). After this the overheat lockout occurred after about a week. The thermistor flow on the heater head has been replaced. The control thermistor (return), and the original water pressure transducer has been fitted. Has anybody got any idea what could cause this a it sometimes error twice a day and sometimes not for a couple of days. Using hot water can also cause the error.

You mentioned water dripped onto the diverter head, but no mention of replacing this or stating if it’s ok. I would be looking at this 1st.
