Hi All

Its always an interesting time, choosing the location of a new branch. Obviously there are a lot of factors to be taken into account.

Population, housing ownership profiles, density of plumbers, traffic flows, rental prices, parking... the list goes on.

Of course, there is also the limiting factor of finding a vacant building on acceptable terms.

Sometimes, this can be a real problem. On the other hand, sometimes everything just works.

When I discovered that there was a "Stafford Industrial Estate" in Romford, it was a sign.

But when we found that unit 3 was available to rent, that closed the deal. Its important to have good neighbours, don't you think?

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Williams & Co Romford. Opening new year 2016. Hi Neighbours!

That tends to happen anyway Phill. We are next door or very close to them in several towns - Winchester and Brighton are next door to them, and Gosport is only 3 doors away.
