Worcester 28 junior central heating running constantly!!!

I have been to said boiler today for no hot water..straight away I j ew it was the motorised pin on the diverter valve so changed, since this was done the heating curcit runs constantly!! I'm bamboozled and thought I would ask if anyone else has come across this situation??
