I was called to a routine service today on the above boiler. When I arrived the customer told me she was also having a problem with the hot water. What happens it runs for 4-5 minute then cuts of ( hot water ) the green fault light then flashes maybe 4 times per second. You then have to turn the boiler of and on to reset it then works fine again, I only scheduled 1 hour 30 minutes to this job. So I had 10 minutes to look at this problem after the service.
In the manual which I had in my laptop.The fault code ( flashing 4 times per second ) had about had about 7 possible faults it could be.
I explained to the customer I would be back to rectify this problem as I was short for time.
Have any of you guys came across this before . I just want to shorten the 7 possible faults down and go for the most likely faults first.

Code plug missing or failed.CH or DHW Sensor fault or out of position.Air pressure switch fault or condense in tubes.Fan fail or stiff.Blocked flue.Faulty harness.
