I just had a call from a new customer, the boiler a Worcester 32cdi boiler is not working, hot water or heating. He told me it has an F0 fault. I looked at the manual in the office and it suggests a internal fault. He said the boiler blew the trip switch. I am going to the property on Wednesday what would you suggest is the possible problem? I will be contacting Worcester tech while I am there. Thanks in advance.

If it’s blowing the rcd have a look at the pump / diverter / cold flow switch
I thought it maybe the pump. That draws quite a bit of electricity. But shouldn't the fuse have blown on the circuit board?

Just an update on the boiler, pcb fault. Bad news you need the whole control box as parts are integrated. Another reason to dislike Worcester boilers. Roughly £350 + vat for the front panel.
