Hi.......Can anyone help with some advice.................Worcester 28SI11...............OK HERE WE GO....AFTER 1 HOUR OF USE BOILER RESET FLASHES ONCE PER SECOND I'VE CHANGED THE O/HEAT STAT AND PRIMARY C/H THERMISTOR BUT SAME PROBLEM....ONE HOUR LATER BOILER HAS TO BE RESET AND IT FIRES UP STRAIGHT AWAY.....WHEN LEFT RUNNING ON HOT WATER FOR ONE HOUR IT DOESENT GO TO RESET......IM NOW THINKING P.C.B BECAUSE IF IT WAS THE GAS VALVE SAME PROBLEM WOULD OCCUR AFTER ONE HOUR....IM NOT FAMILIAR WITH WORCESTER BOILERS ALTHOUGH MY INSTINCTS TELL ME P.C.B......CAN ANY ONE HELP? IM GOING BACK WEDNESDAY WHEN THE WOMAN IS BACK HER HOLIDAY......I NEED ANSWERS HAHA.......THANKS GUYS...:ciappa::ciappa::ciappa::ciappa::ciappa: (AND WOMAN IF THERES ANY OUT THERE) :ciappa:

Is the indication light normally set to on or off during normal operation?

I answered your pm but thought I'd kick into action this too! going off after 1hr is an intermittent fault so could be a multitude of sins. The flashing indicates ignition/overheat ... You've changed the stats so check out the ignition and flame detection including hi and low modulating pressures, spark and flame detection positions and gaps... APS microswitch is 0 ohms ... and finally fga to check that the flame ain't vitiating which will indicate flueing problems! After that go with your hunch!! 😀

i did one of theses not to long ago with the same symptoms turned out to be the flame detection,
