Wrasapproval

I'm currently buying a new bathroom suit for my shared ownership home and told that it must be WRAS approved. It's difficult to find definitive information on this. I understand the taps, pipe works, any valves must be WRAS approved but does the sink, bath, toilet, cistern have to be WRAS approved? For example, I've found the toilet and cistern I want and I'm told the internal valves are WRAS approved but not the ceramic cistern. I'm finding it difficult as most items to not advertise whether they are WRAS approved or not.
