Fair enough and saves anyone a read don't use on open vent systems and fit a spirex bubble

Tbh worried me a bit our firms used loads of the stuff

on what ? and so has the bio mass so i would think miss plumb has used tons of it

Big heatings on to older systems quite a few without separation tbh.

oooo sounds like you might be doing a bit of work in the short term :D

Think the boss loved it cos of cost. And the fact no hot works needed or threading.sorry read that wrong lol thought ya asked what made us use it

fair enough you come across much crop?

Mainly on gas to be honest. I know of a few contractors over here that use it a lot on water

weve actually not used any of it, ive never liked the idea of it, the cost of it compered to copper wanst that much of a saving and by the time you added a magnaclean, suitable inhibitors etc, it was cheaper to use copper. But we do look after 9 biomass boilers that have all been piped up with LCS by another installer so i will have to make my boss and the clients aware that we may need to carry out sample tests at service.
cheers for this info Shaun
