Also had a cylinder that had been connected to mains water pressure bypassing the tank in the loft.

Plus a flexicom with no condense connected that had been leaking for a good while under kitchen units

Here is a condensing pipe on a Grant oil boiler done by idiots. Note they obviously threw the plastic connector away and used a brass compression bend. I have fitted a PRV and a manual vent on boiler. Wouldn't be safe if someone turned the two gatevalves off!

the brass comp elbow gives away the fact its a warix, so it is piped up the right way round

Hi all Noticed bad smell in my drain out side put my hand down and it unclogged it for now however I checked my sewer drain and after flushing my toilet a good few times nothing is going to the sewer so don't know is there a blockage or what way it works many thanks and advice would be grateful
