how to seal a joint i can't access?

one of my jobs thinks he's got a leaky T-joint underneath his bath (cold water feed, 15mm push-fit PVC)

trouble is, he's just put in a new bathroom suite & can't access the joint without removing the bath, which'll mean removing a bunch of tiles he's just put on the wall

so i was wondering if anyone knows if there's some kind of sealant i could put in the system, which'll work its way through to the leaky joint & fix it from the inside?

(i've heard there might be something like that around somewhere, but can't remember where i heard it or what kind of thing it was)

anyways, would appreciate if it if anyone has any suggestions

far as i know what ur refering to is for heating system, not pottable water.
if your (jobs) is daft enough to use pish fits with no access without damage, turn around an laugh. then tell him how much to put right.
or chop a hole in the ceiling bellow and fix from under bath.
