As a big footie fan with a few Sunday league standard league and cup winners medals from my younger days I thought the ref made some very poor decisions and lacked the bottle to show the Red card or award penalties.

Not to take anything away from Liverpool, but I can see where h4s is coming from - I mean Mourinho has been telling us that Chelsea are far from the finished article and they are in a transition period, Arsenal have been well just Arsenal - seemingly content with a slot in the Champion's League (although they injuries haven't been kind to them - Walcott a big loss), and Man Utd - well - I can't see Moyes lasting - I always liked him at Everton but I didn't see him getting the job at old trafford - he's a trier but I don't get the sense he's a winner - This is Man U were talking about here - I think they could have got Mourinho possibly Pep Guardiola - This season's Man U have been abysmal by their own global standards. I haven't seen Giggs play this Season but is he playing because he's the same player Inter Milan wanted with Ince for a world record fee as I remember reading in The Sun at school or is he playing because Moyes' wouldn't have the b***s to drop a legend.

I think Tottenham could have been great had they not lost Gareth Bale - I'm also not certain of Tim Sherwood's credentials for a club the size of Tottenham.

I think Man City could have been a force had they kept Balotelli in check (is this even possible?)

Brendan Rodgers has done a grand job at Liverpool though and I think he can do great things at Liverpool - Suarez, Sturridge, Sterling. He strikes me as a very forward thinking manager and I think they will do big things next season with an adequate understudy to Steven Gerrard.

All in all though - yes I agree with the sentiment that it is a poor prem this season.

It is not whether Moyes will get the sack, it is when. It may take two years, but eventually, they will have to show him the door. My only worry is that B Rogers will be stupid enough to leave LFC and accept the MU possition. Then after six months, he also will get the sack. It's a merry go round. Managers who will not commit to a team and stay loyal. When the ''big teams'' come calling, they jump ship?

Take Paul Ince. If he had stayed with MK Dons, they would have been in the Premiership now. But when Blackburn Rovers came calling, he jumped ship. What good has that done to his career? Jokers. Be a big fish in a small pond, not a small fish in a big pond
