I have a Megaflo system which has the old version of this part (Heatrae Sadia 95605869/95605021 Cold Water Combination Valve (Megaflo/Megaflow): Amazon.co.uk: Business, Industry & Science) and is leaking from the valve.

I need this replacing (haven't ordered)

Secondly I have a Nest Thermostat that I need installing, hoping they may be able to be done by the same person?
