Hi, I think this might be a diverter valve leak? it drips at about 10 drips per minute and seems to intensify when the taps in the house are turned on. I tried screwing the bolt in but it didn't work. the hole that the bolt goes into seems to be corroded/green coloured? does anyone have any suggestions how to fix it?

Yes, get a qualified gas engineer to have a look and stop messing about inside your boiler
