have a worcester heatslave and want a frost stat and pipe stat fitting. The manual shows 2 x single pole frost stats, but this diagram refers to a heated romm not an unheated situation, therefore a pipe stat is required to shut the heating off once heat rise is detected. From the terminal block (X2) the common live comes off the Fs terminal, but then im unsure how the pipe stat is wired up in series with the frost stat, can anyone advise please !!

ime not sure i fully understand the question, a frost stat to turn heating on, but your worried about the room allready calling for heat ? if so just wire your frost stat in unheated room in parrallel to your room stat. in an either or plan. hope ive understood right.

now you have confused me more. No all i want to do is wire in a frost stat and a pipe stat to prevent pipes freezing. etc. From term Fs (perm live) im unsure how to connect both the frost and pipe stat in . lots of diagrams on the net but for Y plans etc with external pumps valves etc. The heatslave has all the componants internal and spefic terminals but not sure which way wires go, Normally my sparky does the connections but hes away till next week and this job needs finishing off.

i would wire pipe and frost stats in series an between 2 and 3 of x2. ie in parallel with room stat

i haven't listen about this issue yet. Have your problem solved?
