Did a gas hob put electric oven back under the hob, and thinking did I tighten connections, but tightness test held up so must of been done automatically without thinking, just can’t remember doing itThe common one is flue test points on boilers.
If in doubt. Go back and check it out.Did a gas hob put electric oven back under the hob, and thinking did I tighten connections, but tightness test held up so must of been done automatically without thinking, just can’t remember doing it

Might do, just looks bad asking the customer if you can check it looks like you don’t know what your doing I feel, it held up on tightness test so I’m sure I would of otherwise it would of dropped on the testIf in doubt. Go back and check it out.
Yep, had this myself when I was renting. Noticed it 5 days after the enginner had done a landlords and service. Boiler was in cupboard in bathroom. I went mad at the guys who had the service contract. The common one is flue test points on boilers.
Yep same thing I do that too but like we said there is a reason for a test if it doesn’t drop it’s fine and tightYep , its the same as driving away from home thinking “ did I lock the door “ lol

I have done that on a few occasions. Especially with kids around.Yep , its the same as driving away from home thinking “ did I lock the door “ lol
I never leave stuff just always get the feeling I want to go back and double check everything even though I know I’ve tested properlyI alway seem to leave something. Manometer, Hat, FGA charger, the list goes on....
I trust my gut.I never leave stuff just always get the feeling I want to go back and double check everything even though I know I’ve tested properly
Nice to know it’s not just me, I’ve done the exact same thing.Yep, years ago I use to fit boilers on the warmfront scheme and did a lovely conversion in York. We finished and left the property about 7pm, when we got to Doncaster I had this horrible feeling that I left the test nipple out on the meter, my paranoia got the best of me, so we drove back and the fecker was in and all tight.
Ahhhh
I should as I know I always test probably, confidence comes with time I guess.I trust my gut.
For locking things I say to myself (but out loud) something like "It's Tuesday and I've locked the door" immediately after I've done it. It's the saying it out loud that seems to fix the memory for me. It's important to include the day for obvious reasons.
