It might be of interest that if a customer has given up pursuing a now bankrupt Government approved cavity wall insulation company, where they are stuck with failed insulation and rising damp, that CIGA are still actively helping where the 25 year warranty is still in force.
Initially they will send a Surveyor for an inspection and are very helpful

That's really interesting thanks! I have a customer who has damp coming through their back walls and when inspecting the cavity I can see the white insulation has become like a wet rag and is bridging.
