Landlord called begging for a llc on 2 flats, silly me forget to ask where before agreeing. Turns out its in the arse end of town, junkies bedsit land!!!!

So despite better judgement agreed, then could only raise one tenant on their phone to get access and other tenant starts griping about how his joint was trashed recently and the normal plumber walked away..................

At this point I just decided it was not worth the hassle, so informed him and landlord I could no longer attend. So last 1/2 hour spent being sworn at by tenant screaming the boiler dont work, been cut off by previous plumber and get my arse over there..............

I think not 🙂 Now learned how to block callers 🙂🙂🙂
