There’s a full access to the trap and ISO’s through the hole. It’s just other side of the tile and 18mm ply. The bottom of the trap is almost in line with the top of the opening.
The panel behind the WC is removable.

Cheers. The worktop comes to the tile and the bottom edge of the skinny tile is within the thickness of the worktop. I’ve used a wet cutter.
Well… The customer has changed her mind 3 times on what to have under the wash basin and by that time I’ve done the most of the tiling. I didn’t really want to have that grout line so close to the worktop but that’s the way it goes. Also I couldn’t really go any higher with the wash basin, I think the top of the wash basin ended up being 850 ish of the floor. I did point the lot to the customer and she was fine with everything.

That’s what the customer wanted. It’s fully removable. What’s wrong with that? I take it you are not big on them.

There would already be a vent in room fir the bbu wouldnt there. No doubt wallpapered over.....
Whats that beliw the fire? Did you leave a boo-boo or is it a remote sensor? Cant tell from my phone

Water section manifold. Glowworm call it the sanitary block often referred to as the hydroblock or similar. Worcestors are plastic nowadays as are Glowworm and I beleive the new logics. Without the mini expansion vessel the plastic tends to warp/split and **** water out everywhere.

Oh ok... Weird as my firm mainly fit Worcesters and I've never seen the pressure vessel being fitted... Will have to do some research.. Cheers kay-jay

Looks great Alex very neat but the shower valve is horrendous! Shame they didn't want a new one.
It's a good old MIRA mixer, still works fine. A customer is always right...

Working for mates on a building site . Most of the mess was his. It was scarcasm. I have very good sheets runners mats and adhesive protection.
Only if there's a check valve within 2 meters or something like that I thought... Iv never seen one fitted to any boiler but the one in your pic 🙂

Shock arrestors are used to prevent water hammer. Water hammer is caused by shock waves running through the water system which create noise, or in server cases pipe movement within the system, reverberations are a series of shock waves in quick succession. The pressure wave in such circumstances can be up to three times greater than the standing pressure. Water hammer occurs when the flow rate is suddenly changed e.g. when a valve is quickly closed; quarter turn lever operated taps or solenoid valves are two of the main culprits. Reverberations occur when system components have moving parts, which respond to an initial shock wave by trying to open or close. Shock arrestor is a mini expansion vessel, which works by absorbing the shock wave from the fitting so that it does not travel through the system and cause noise. The closer the shock arrestor is installed to the fitting the better.
The deck is from Nicholls & Clarke, not bad all. And the customer is happy, paid less for lager deck, Impey decks are not cheap.
