    the best way to learn is to go with somebody and watch them , thats the best course you can do !!!!

    i have insurance contracts ,i can never find good breakdown engineers,.I am repairing about 8 boilers a day but when i get calls from the jobcentre they are all newly qualified ,which is no good to me !I would like others to take the work load of me so i can concentrate on my filter development .

    i spent years training and as you say you are doing a crash course .Doesn't wash !!!!!! You might learn the basics but by making a portfolio ,your knowledge will be limited. When I place a job in the jobcentre ,i get plenty of calls all fresh from a NVQ 2 course ,I ask them about y and s plan...

    baxi boilers are very good boilers , im afraid the boiler has beaten you !!!!!!!!! If you are around the huddersfield area i would come out and fix it .

    you need to diversify ,I trained as a plumber and did a electrical course on a part time basis,when i got quiet i started fitting kitchen ,you have to be multiskilled to be successful

    Power flush

    this is to prevent debris damaging boiler components, but it is usually done before the installation and it is good practice to fit a central heating filter to prevent further damage
