Landlord Certificate

Hi,

Can I issue a landlord certificate (customer asked for one?) for a domestic boiler (vailiant eco tec pro 28 I think) that is in an office fed by a normal gas meter?

And does it need one? Its in an office, pretty sure he just wants it serviced but has asked for landlord cert.

he wants a ticket to prove its safe and funtioning ok, its less then 70kw in a domestic environment so why not (an office isnt commercial) so charge for a service and bit more for a llc

yes you can also a good idea to replace the combustion door seal while your at it
