Can someone please tell me, what would be the cheapest method of heating 36oC water to 45oC at the rate of 80 Litres per minute for 15 minutes and then maintaining this temperature for an hour? All to be repeated every hour.

Today i fitted a new lifestyle 112 on a gravity system, and I couldn't stop power going to the pump. Rang lifestyle, and the draw from the pump fuses the programmer into constant power to the pump. A resistors required! I fitted the pump three months ago, oh joy.
