Ideal Logic call out no gas - Landlords need slapping
Got called to a Logic + today, boiler not working. No gas it says on boiler. Investigate, gas at meter but not at boiler. Blockage I think to myself. Find a blanking cap in meter, so inform customer who reckons they are in credit but previous tenants are being chased for bad debts. So...- Foodface

ideal logic losing pressure
been to a logic losing pressure , iv drained boiler regassed expansion tank fired boiler hung around for 40mins all heating on fine holding at 2.5bar put tools away gone home 1hr later phone call its dropped again gone back doesn't look like its blown off, checked vessel all fine hung around...- duff

ideal logic plus or ideal vogue
Looking to purchase a boiler, i have shortlisted the following for a 2 bedroom property, we are also considering a loft conversion so there shall be a large double rad in the loft too, so i guess it would be 3 rooms... bathroom has no shower so the bath shall be used ideal logic plus 24 DHW...- ash121

Brown sticky residue inside Ideal Logic
Was working on said boiler and I noticed on the inside there was a small puddle of thick brown residue, there was no visible leak from pump or anything else either, if never seen this before. I should of took a picture, anyone ever came across this nah.. lol- mcniven

Ideal logic vs independant?
What the difference between these 2 models? Looking in the Williams catalogue there's about £50 difference, yet the warranty is (currently) the same, so what's inside the box of one, but not the other? Cheers in advance- Nostrum
