    hi guys, installing one of these tomorrow. 1 problem i have is i wanted the high level flue oulet, but they only supplied standard rear flue. can i install the standard one and just change out the flue exit. i would just wait but they cant get me the plume kit till thursday and it stops me...

    Had to replace the condensate sump on this only 2.5yrs old, cust neighbours some have also had it done. When I phoned ideal for part number, I explained I had a leak, they told me what the leak was and part number before I had even explained it! Thought ideal were getting better?

    Ideal logic - low dhw pressure

    Hi all, I'm not too sure what the exact model of the boiler is but the dhw pressure is really low and not how it used to be. Radiators also taking longer to get hot.... Anything in particular I should be looking for or is just in need of service and power flush?

    I went to the aforementioned boiler the other day. There was condensate leaking from the black plastic flue collector from just above the cleaning access point. I called ideal and got the part number ok but never having changed one I'm not sure how long it should take. Any ideas gang?
