Used to copper pushfit today. Leak needed to be stopped. Access terrible. Water wouldn't shut off fully so solder not poss, speedfit too bulky for space. No room to swing a spanner. Checked was metric, clean, smooth.

Woke up this morning to find water dripping from the ceiling.
Had a look in the loft and its coming from the point where
one of the pipes connects to the plastic water tank towards
the bottom of the tank.

The little plastic tap has a crack in it which causes it to leak hot water. It looks like the tap will be a pain in the bum to change if it is even possible.
Can anyone reccommend me something to glue/seal the crack which will be safe to come into contact...
