Hi
I replaced our leaking bathroom tap yesterday, it’s one of these mono mixer types. The existing one had 2 copper connectors which then were connected to the plastic water pipes via plastic pushfit fittings. As the new tap had flexible connectors with a nut on the end I had to change the...
I have a flexi pipe currently connecting the isolating valve in the cold feed to the plastic valve at the bottom of my toilet cistern.
Even I can see that the flexi pipe is bent way too much and way too sharply. Sooner or later, it's going to spring a leak. However, due to the location of both...
Hi,
I am trying to remove a copper pipe from a plastic push-fit so I can replace existing brass fitting with a T piece to accommodate both washing machine and dishwasher.
Problem is I am not sure how to remove the push-fit highlighted in red.

I want to bury some 25mm plastic conduit in the wall to allow me to run the flow and return between the downstairs and upstairs, obviously it would mean the pipe is unsupported through the length about 2m. It will be supported top and bottom. Would this be okay.

I have a plastic (possibly PVC) pipe I can't replace that has a pinky-sized hole drilled into it.
Is there any way I can just seal it up? I've tried using silicone but it just sort of peeled off.
Appreciate the help!
