    Thermal storage tank, isolating hot water to tap

    Hi I need to re-route the pipe to the hot water tap on a bath, so I need to isolate the supply, however it is fed from a thermal stoarge tank which I am unfamiliar with. Do I simply turn the cold off at the mains and drain off water from a tap on the hot water system? Many thanks!
