    Towel radiator timer not send instruction to radiator

    Hi, my towel radiator has just stopped working, the connections are all good. The timer program is working but when the timer kicks in to turn the heating element on , no blue light ,no electric sent to the element, it's called a time guard, FST-11A Does it just need replacing?
