If you are thinking about using them as a host or email base DONT!
for some reason a payment hadn't gone through I don't know why as money was in the bank I hadn't changed accounts or cards and they have been taking money with no problem over the past year!
friday I get an email saying there was a problem proceeding my payment so Saturday morning I access the control panel re submit payment and carry about my business.
wake up today no access to email. Call them at 8 am "you'll need to call billing department and they open at 9"
call them at 9 on the button spend 45 minutes on hold listening to some yank telling me there maybe a minor delay in answering my call yada yada.....
finally get through process my payment 6 times using 2 cards and finally the balance of £25 is cleared bloke says email will be up and running in an hour.
2 hours later still nothing....
back on the phone another 30 minutes on hold only to be told it takes 5 hours to process! 5 HOURS!!!!!
and if it fails I have to start all over again.
so to recap that's 2 hours on the phone 1 1/2 of that on hold! 6 1/2 hours unable to access email at the end of the month when payments are coming in and remittance sheets need filing etc and I'm still without email!
ALL THIS OVER £25 Yes 25 ruddy quid!
disgusted and angry is total understatement! Now to take to social media and spread the word on appalling customer service there!
