went to do a service on a 4 year old plat,very unusual for this boiler a leaking dv bush,aav and a wet motor my normal heatteam guys off for 4 days but advises me to leave a note plus get the ignition probe fixed as theres a upgrade kit available rang BAXI up i am in worx but being dozy can never remember the direct line number so yes i did get the ring around with numbers but a helpful lady called beccy said i can get someone out Tuesday, no probs leaks not that bad cracks on with the service puts it in calibration mode dv pees out like mad back on the blower to BAXI someone out in the morning as i am in works not bad for a sunday,spoke to my rep as well problems are being sorted out on the duotec mk 2 they had a big meeting last week new gas valve and dv connection going in and theres no intention of dropping the mk 1
