Advice on certificates please

Being [new] to this game I'd like some advice on which certificates are appropriate to each job.
a) I'm doing services and completing the servicing record for each property but should I also be doing a gas safety certificate at the same time?
b) If I'm called out to a breakdown, do I need to complete a gas safety certificate for each breakdown etc
c) If the breakdown or service is in a rented property do I need to complete a landlords certificate fro the callout/repair?

Basically, I'm getting confused over which certificates I need to complete and I'd like some explanation so that I can process it and log it into the old memory banks 🙂

cp12 or llc for safety checks a must, i tend to complete a service certificate for servicing and breakdowns etc just get an invoice 🙂
