alpha 280e central heating boiler

this is a combi boiler, and is new to me as moved in last winter, and now suddenly boiler will not light when i turn on hot taps or shower, electrics are on and i have a green light on, but cannot reset to have the green light for water. any ideas please

Probably just the hot water diaphragm that needs replacing
