Sent my Sprint XT2000 off for calibration Friday 15[SUP]th[/SUP] March they received it on Mon 18[SUP]th[/SUP] did it while redoing my CCN1 etc. for the week.
Didn’t get a phone call till late Friday on the 22[SUP]nd[/SUP] they left a message it was too late to phone back so had to wait until the Monday to phone up and pay £79 for calibration + return P&P (a bit over the top I think but not sure exactly what re-calibration involves)
Then they send it back said I would have to wait in all day as they have no idea about delivery times or offer a tracking No.
Self employed so couldn’t wait in all day, so left a signed noted giving permission to leave it in secure parcel box on wall (safe neighborhood) or with neighbor, Well that didn’t happen! Just the dreaded tried to deliver note.
They need to change couriers I’ve had parcels delivered and they send you a tracking No. and the couriers send you a text message with a two hour delivery slot
Same farce every year and it’s not just me.
A FGA is an essential piece of equipment now and we can’t afford to be without them these days for over a week.
If they’re busy why don’t they create some more jobs help the economy and give some poor sods their dignity back.
I’m a miserable git today, been squashed in a old airing cupboard all day putting in a Combi
