Any one herd about this?

Got a job to convert 7 LPG Alphas back to natural gas, emailed Alpha for the parts and conversion info,

only to be told that Gas Safe has been in touch with ALL of the boiler manufactures to not allow the sale of gas conversion kits, and that the manufacture or approved service agents can only convert the appliances now!!, not happy as it would of been a nice earner!!

I'm NAT gas and LPG registered, anyone else here about this, or have I had my head buried in the sand!:cheesy:

in some boilers all thats involved is the removal of a washer and recommission, whats the issue? I think someone is reading between the lines somewhere, havent seen anything in the wonderful monthly mag to support what youve been informed.

only do intergas now, so only need a washer, as you know 🙂
