Anyone got news on the switchover to the new NVQ diploma in P&H?

As far as I know, as at today, the 6089 ( NVQ ) and 6129 ( Tech Cert ) at level 2 and 3 will not be funded by the Skills Funding Agency for NEW Apprenticeships from 1st August 2011. they have been replaced by the 6189 combined NVQ-Diploma at Level 2 and at Level 3.
However, C&G have not issued any information on the Level 3, so... !
