AR gas meter/box

More a question for the installers.
Following the thread by Kris about SGN policy of not connecting to a receced meter box how many of you would ignore a receded box that gas pipe wasn't sleaved and sealed through rear and install new boiler to this supply.
Being seeing a lot more of these lately and customer is obviously not happy having their gas meter At Risked with their relatively new boiler fitted.

No one on forum would ignore. Thing is you wonder why those in question didnt sleeve n seal when box was originally fitted as its not like its a massive job . At least your doin it properly graham.
