Bath mixer isssue

Hello Guys,

a customer had a plumber coming out and he has serviced the bath mixer ( changed the washers ),

Now he says he hasnt got hot water coming out from the bath mixer but everywhere else the boiler kicks in.

I have asked the customer if the hot and cold water work serperatly with full pressure no trickel. He said yes all works fine but he just doesnt get hot water out the boiler doesnrt kick in.

Does someone know if that related to the cartridge or spindle as its been serviced and water works fine with full pressure ?

Obviously the mixer hasn't been serviced / fixed correctly.

There is no draw off from the hot water, so the boiler won't fire up.
If everything else is working then there is a problem with the tap repair.

but how comes the cartridges work fine both sides with full pressure ? its not related to the washer than is it? cant be stuck otherwise you would not get water through ... or only a trickel. do you think the cold water just goes throuch the hot outlet if you open just hot ?
