Bath mixer tap problem

Hi. I have a tantadisc 2 hole bath mixer tap with shower attachment that was fitted in 2002. Noticed the cold water tap is getting harder to turn off (stiffer). I suspect it requires a new ceramic cartridge. After extensive internet searching I cannot find any information regarding this tap and spares. Does anyone have any info on these taps?

A 15 year old tap?, i would swap it out to be honest

you should be able to pick up the disks from a plumber merchant but better sill is to replace the compleat tap bodies they are available in 3/4 or 1/2
