Baxi barcelona vertical flue terminal

I am replacing the above boiler in a 8 storey high apt block.

I want to keep the existing vertical terminal in situ as I cant get on the roof to replace it ( otherwise I would replace the terminal also)

The vertical terminal for the baxi is 110 mm / 70mm

The new worcester flue is 100 mm / 60mm

Is there a flue reducer available.

It need changing I'm afraid as it is not suitable.
Scaffolding, a big cherry picker or a thick roofer. The choice is yours and the expense is the customers.

As the others say you will have to fit the correct new Worcester flue. How's this for an idea though:

Get in the loft and carefully remove tiles above the flashing and bring them back in the loft till you have a large enough hole to pass the flues through and swap them over. You may need to swap the flashing too. Fit the flue then reposition the tiles from inside all the time you stay in the loft. Just be sure if you drop a tile it cannot fall off the roof and kill someone.

Thinking about it now buildings that tall often have roof access for maintenance.

Absolutely ridiculous question to ask, how can you even consider using the flue off a different appliance? I cant believe anyone with the required qualifications to do the job would ask a question like that.

find an external wall, then do what any normal person would, drill a hole for a flue and pop a boiler on the inside of it.

I was going to contact gas safe on this isssue also.

You sound a complete brick. Some picker. Where U get it hss on a trailer? I'm guessing 8 floors 10ft a floor and picker at say 60 degrees plus working length.... 110ft min?
