Our Baxi Main Combi HE 30 boiler is not firing, the fan neon is lit which according to the user guide the flue or flue terminal is blocked in some way. Well we have had two visits from a Heat Team engineer and it is still not working. On the first visit he diagnosed a faulty heat exchanger and this was duly replaced and the boiler is still not firing. At this point he announced that he was not an expert on this type of boiler and it would require a further visit from a senior engineer. Having read some other threads on this forum some of the answers I have seen suggest that it may be a faulty APS, could this be the problem? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and passed on to the Heat Team engineers when they finally decide to pay us another visit. (6 days now without heating or hot water).
