Baxi solo 3

Hi guys, I'm after a bit of advise on a baxi solo 3 boiler. The pump overrun was running continuously so I replaced the pcb. This solved the problem for a few days but got a call from the customer today to say it's running again? The valves are working correctly ie not putting a permanent swt live to the boiler. Any suggestions? I'm a sparky so know my way around the control side but not so much internally!
