Boiler condensate hose to pipe connector has snapped. What's the best replacement?

Hi all,

The connector between the 15mm flexible condensate hose and pipe from my boiler has snapped. I'm struggling to find a replacement connector. I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction please. Also, what's the best way of removing the old connector?

Pump House Drain Adaptor 3/8" - 22mm

And you will need an overflow coupling and some overflow/ waste glue

You can put it into a bucket for now (don't forget to empty the bucket tho)
