Hi. I’m new here and due to have a new boiler fitted. Does anyone have recommendations or thoughts on either the Worcester 8000 40KW Combi or the Baxi 40kw Platinum or the Valliant EcoTec Plus 838. The Worcester is the most costly but I’m happy to pay more if it means a better boiler (long term reliability, ease to maintain etc).

It’s a house with 14-15 radiators and a new Underfloor heating system (90 metre square). It’ll have dual control over the UHF and the rest of the house. 2 bathrooms total.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

The number of rads means nothing to be honest. It depends on the size of them. The output from the boiler will have (or should have) been assessed by the installers going off your domestic hot water requirements/performance and heating. Combination boilers are normally over-sized for the heating side anyway due to the hot water production required.

I personally would go for Vaillant but everyone prefers something different. Go with the chosen installers recommendation, presuming they are hoping to look after it for the foreseeable future.
