Brittony water heater problem. Pilot stays light but when hot water opened up does not fire and goes out. Diaphragm faulty???? Or other fault??? Cheers

Are you sure there is correct gas pressure at appliance as if not as it tries to light it robs gas to pilot ( ive been caught out before its been on a coin meter and gas run out)

Ahhh you're here now!

The ones I've had before have been blocked pilot injectors, the pilot is only slightly too small but when the main burner lights it pulls it off the TC and locks out, try that first?
