One that has a timer to utilize off peak electricity, and has a heat booster button that can be pressed if the water goes cold. I live on my own, so been recommended a 120 litre, but wouldn't a greater capacity retain heat? Just thinking about specific heat capacity retaining the heat with greater mass of water.
