Why would you AR it please explain what kind of risk is it causing ? I’d personally class that as NCS.

A flue not sealed through wall is AR and potentially ID depending on the situation.
 
Cheers. Just found out that some models of boilers alow and some doesnt. So it clears up nothing lol. Just have to check man if available
 
How you going to slide a rear exit flue out the way to replace an expansion vessel..... obviously the type of boilers that have them behind.
