can you use same pipe

Hi all sorry if silly question I'm installing a 50 mm Drain pipe for a wetroom shower tray I'm using some solvent fittings and also push fit ( pushfit outside for access )

can you use the same pipe for both ?

AFAIK, solvent weld waste pipe can only be used with solvent weld waste fittings and not push fit fittings.

Also, check that anything outside is specified as suitable for external use.
